Communication can direct the brand to achieve its target, vision, KPI's or any other goal if it is consistent. Doesn't matter how big or how narrow the audience is, it is a must to dedicate for preparation and know your main points of what the brand wants to say. There is no better public speaking formula than being unique and honest. And smile :)
