I can run marathons and miles, but milestones can only be achieved by a TEAM.
Every team member put their own strengths together, support each other and are trully motivated to reach the same markting and communication goal. We spend so much time together, we share our internal, professional and soul space together - we are not looking for friends and work, but we definitely make ones to care, miss, and have a good time in #tbt meetings.
For 2 years in a row we were announced as the Best CSR Team in the company (2018-2019).
Here in my portfolio there is quite a mix of team-work moments.
I have a communication rule. Or to be exact, a lesson, in Lithuanian it's "NEPASAKYTA = NEPADARYTA", meaning "if you didn't say it - you did not do it."
Every action, project or event we make has a purpose to be spread to wider audience. But before it has to live through its essential message. Very often success depends on (the devil in) the details. Only a TEAM of dedicated people can grow it all together:

- to summer festival for 1400 employees and a special drivers Eco League celebrations.
